Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase — even if you have already downloaded the files.

What qualifies
Our voluntary 14-day refund policy applies to all six individual products and the Complete Collection. Tell us you want a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase timestamp on your order confirmation. Downloading or opening the files does not make you ineligible. You do not have to prove a technical defect or give a reason.
How to request your refund
Email info@bricora.online with the subject “Refund request”, your order number and checkout email, or prepare an email using our refund request page. A reason is optional. The time you send the request determines whether it falls within the 14-day window. Our response time will not make a timely request late.
Amount and payment method
An eligible request receives a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product, including tax charged on that product. We issue refunds to the original payment method, without a restocking or download fee. The Complete Collection is one product: a return refunds the entire bundle, not selected parts at their individual prices. For an order containing several separately purchased products, identify the products you want refunded.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge your request within two business days. Once the purchase is verified, we will initiate an eligible refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Contact us if the refund is still missing ten business days after our refund confirmation.
After a refund
There is nothing physical to return and no return shipping charge. Download access for the refunded product may be disabled. Stop using and delete the refunded proprietary template and guide files, including backup copies. This does not revoke rights independently granted under an open-source license. No proof of deletion is required to make a timely refund request.
Your legal rights remain
This policy adds to, and does not reduce, any mandatory consumer rights. If you are entitled to remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content, those rights may continue after our 14-day window. EEA and UK customers retain applicable cancellation and digital-content conformity rights. We do not use downloading as a reason to deny the voluntary refund offered here.
